It started with some top laners building and easily winning the game, such as , , and sometimes .

Riot nerfed it by raising the price by 300 g. But that didn't change much. Instead, everyone started building rageblade: , , , , , and so on, all aiming at a crazy attack speed (and AoE auto attack damage). 8 stacks cap is probably too high for this item. Whoever uses a fairly amount AA builds Rageblade now, no matter how well it fits the champion.

It's very frustrating to fight against those champions. They kill you in no time with the crazy AS. Frozen heart helps only a little bit, but it's impossible to let everyone build or . Nerf again please rito.

just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

If you have 0 stacks, you're going to get bursted

Almost all adcs build IE or SS, you don't see that being nerfed because "everyone is building it"

It's a good item that doesn't cater exclusively to ADCs.

Granted, one that's probably overtuned for what it is.

the best thing i did when i was braum was build item 3075 against jax and he basically killed himself with the amount of attack speed he had lolz

It is a great item on Xin Zhao too. The item is for hybrids as Hydra is for ad.

I think a big part of the problem is that trifoce lost ap. for a lot of champs, guinsoo fills that desire of the hybrid item that trifoce used to have.

I would say increase the cost again to something like 3050 since it currently has some of the highest gold efficiency in the game at max stacks, being somewhere around 195% I think.

Then it should be decently balanced. The thing about a lot of people picking it up isnt a bad thing in my opinion. Its a very, very general item that anyone that deals damage based on fast basic attacks can use. Hybrid champions also can an extra bit from it.

I went against a rageblade kat last night. It was bad. My teams Quinn and nidalee camped me hard because of how stupid they thought it was. I was eve mid.
