Change Twitch's Poison to not Steal Jungle Camps (and Red Buff DoT too!)

Twitch's poison passive is a DoT ability that works on champions, minions, and monsters. This creates an issue for level 1 leashes for the jungler and Twitch players inadvertently steal their junglers level 1 buffs frequently, even up to platinum/low diamond. I believe Bami's Cinder was changed to take the monsters to 1hp minimum, which I assume was to facilitate buff handoffs without inadvertent DoT steals.

Can we please change Twitch's passive to the same mechanic as Bami's, i.e. that it only takes the monster to 1hp minimum and prevents level 1 tomfoolery? If I'm not mistaken, the red buff DoT can also steal camps and I have accidentally taken blue buffs that I was trying to hand off with the red buff DoT ticking. Both of these abilities should just be normalized and really provide nothing but headaches in their current state.

As a jungler, I just look at my Red buff and think, "Hmmm. My auto attacks deal 90 damage. That red buff has 91 health. Should I auto it now, or should I literally just wait half a second to auto it?"

Why not just kite the buff out or just smite it if you can't judge how much damage your ability/auto does? i main twitch adc/jungle/top. i find your inability to play around it or have your jungler be smarter than a passive that deals 6 damage per second (up to 36 damage total), then shame on them not the champion.
