What are Riot's plans on Kayle?

Kayle since the nerfs has been pretty weak, since she's considered to be (according to champion.gg ) the weakest champion in the midlane. What are Riot's plans? Are they gonna rework her? Tweak her? What do you think?

Kayle works best in the top lane and doesn't need a rework if by just adjusting her E AP ratios she can turn into a hyper carry like she was in Season 4

Hopefully they never buff her. She's horribly easy to play and incredibly frustrating to lane against. She's basically a ranged champ with the hp and mr gain of a melee champ. Just being near creeps she's attacking makes you take heavy damage. She has no skillshots, everything is point and click. She has a slow and an ms boost. Her ult makes anyone on your team invincible to everything. when she was strong, there was virtually no way to beat her mid. the only way to even compete was by picking Ziggs, Xerath, or Lux and farming from a safe distance.

So she had a ridiculously strong, very easy laning stage, she hypercarried, she had a heal/ms boost usable on anyone on her team, and she could make anyone on her team invincible. Her slow had a 1;1 ratio that amplified damage while slowing and dealing damage.
