Why is it "OK" for a champion to build no tank but walk out of a teamfight and then dive inhib tower for a 270 armor illioa with lots of heals and to just kill and walk away dealing 1k+ true dmg?

No she is meant to be like that late game. i'd nerf her early game again tho cause she easily becomes a lane bully with a minor misstep and she isnt supposed to lane bully with such a great late game
But it's ok for someone to go full tank and do the same amount of damage, if not more?
Flora doing the same damage to tanks and squish at all stages of the game gets absurd.
Flora also has zero weak points she is strong early, Mid and late.
The most annoying thing is walking five feet away just to reset a bad vital and missing Cs over and over.
