Why is this a thing? Now to get any value out of it I either have to reroll another 2 skins alongside it or disenchant it for almost next to nothing. What is even the point? What am I gonna do with this filth thats gonna sit here until I am "blessed" with enough key fragments to do anything with. Its the same with bought ones.

Because people would use it to their advantage. They would buy champs who have good and expensive skins to get very good skins with rerolls like new champs with skins 1350 and ez, sona etc.
