When someone dies in the team, and everyone asks them nicely to start playing safe, and they say 'I am going to play how I see fit' and continue dying, but not 11 or so whatever fucking stupid ass amount of times it takes to trigger the GD int feed report, WE NEED SOMETHING THAT WILL STICK TO REPORT THESE FUCKING IDIOTS FOR PLEASE THANK YOU
But that has nothing to do with refusing to communicate. A lot of people abuse or didn't understand the reasoning to report someone with the option of Refusing to communicate. People thought that meant they could report people who didn't even write anything in chat. This person in your post seems like a troll, so why not use that option instead of using one that rarely gotten used. It would be like adding back the whole "unskilled" option as it did nothing.
Yea well "Trolling" Isn't an option to report them for and I didn't get a feedback report from intentionally feed reporting them so I can only guess nothing was done, especially since, yep, this person just immediately played another game afterwards. Awesome!
