Ranked games are weird right now.

Every time I play ranked I always play with the intent on winning, But ever since I hit platinum it's been hard to even advance. I'm stuck between plat 4-5 and can't seem to keep a good win streak going. Every game is extremely one sided which one team would get completely stomped.. This really takes the fun out of the game for me because I feel like i'm just getting destroyed and can't outplay as a team or anything or we're just stomping the enemies and it isn't even enjoyable anymore. The game was really fun when I could actually outplay people and carry my team, but now it always seems there's people taking the carry roles and always getting destroyed, I don't like to go down the "my team sucks, it's the reason why i'm stuck at this elo" but I feel it does have something to do with it just a bit at least everyone just plays what they want and not what we need, I like to focus on improving myself more than my focusing on my team but I get stuck with support a LOT and do my best and it still isn't enough because the Graves has half of the Vayne's CS and is 1/4/1 and the rest of my team can't do anything including me. This is every game usually leading to the Vayne or whoever got fed first snowballing out of control to an inevitable defeat, Most of the time when my team stomps we usually end up throwing due to a cocky ADC dashing into the enemies and dying. The enemies almost never throw when I get stomped but when my team stomps we throw at least 40% of the time. This leads to me tilting, because other people can't carry themselves. There's also been a lot of scripters lately, never on my team of course. It just feels hopeless.
