About new runes

I think Riot dont needed to change the runes. Riot needed only to make rune pages and runes free. I and a lots of people like me hate or/and dont understand the new runes. I want old runes and masteries. I like other updates like remove the IP and so on. With the new runes League of Legends is totaly dificult (not at good way). I think Riot should make a vote "yes or no new runes". If anyone think like me please share your mean! Thanks for the spended time to read it!
