when does the harrowing 2019 starts

Grammar... holy shit.

Riot decided a while back that they did not want Harrowing tied to Halloween. Their reason boils down to the fact they wanted to be able to have a Harrowing event at any time of the year. Since Riot made this decision, hilarious as it may seem, we have yet to enjoy a Harrowing event.

if the event isnt out by Halloween 100% im going to commit suicide. I have been wanting to die for so long, and if they don't release the event in good time, then thats the last straw.
