so im looking at surrender 20
i dont see and change to xin or any assasins. Is this mean theyre going to just not do anything to them?

No, it doesn't mean that. Surrender at 20 is just a blog that posts changes that are live on the PBE; that's it.
It does not and cannot cover changes that are in "pre-PBE" publishing states, in internal testing, changes currently in workshop etc. Quite simply, there is no reason to expect that there would be any changes to Xin or Assassins in response to Patch 6.3 on the PBE.
It's simply too soon.
