AZIR BLOWS STILL AND IS BROKEN

Azir's "patch" didnt do shit i just played a game where the minions just stood there and his ability to charge to his minions had an invisible cooldown and wouldn't activate on activation and when using his sand minions i had 3 out at a time but none of them would charge outside of a 5 foot radius and when they did they never auto attacked even when inside the circle. I am honestly very pissed off a this purchase i've played him maybe 10 games and just can't get around all his bugs. I would personally love a refund for this crappy champion and I do believe many others feel the same way. I feel like i got burnt on a 6300 champion, had it been 3150 or 4800 it wouldn't have been a big deal but it takes me forever to save up 6300 ip.
