Question about plus SP at an end of a game

Hey guys, I noticed a new thing (or is it?) of + SP at an end of a game. I was wondering what does SP stands for? and what are those +25 points exactly? i'm guessing its an abbreviation for ___ points. what's the first word though? Split points. It gives you a better looking rank, an emote and an icon upon leveling up.
