New Player Rotation

So me and some of my friends have been getting new people into league and of course when you start you have a new player rotation of champions of different classes .Alot of them make sense,Ashe,Garen,Lux and Jinx.But what i've also noticed is that there are some that don't exactly make sense for new players to use,Lissandra,Wukong, and Kha Zix.I know its to give the roster more diversity but there has to be easier assassins to put there instead like Teemo,Eve or even Jax in some situations
