I lost LP for winning instead of gaining it

So I was playing a game with Ashe today and my computer randomly overheated and turned off while me and my team were ending the game and basically we won but my computer crashed before I could end it and I lost LP instead of gaining LP even though my team won can I have some help from Rito please p.s I'm suppose to be at 69 LP not 23 LP plus I didn't gain any ip either

I once lost a game and got counted for a win in promo's, another time we won and it didn't count as anything.

I haven't lost any recent games so I'm not sure how your comment is relevant to my problem
