Why do I suck On my level 30 account?

I have a few accounts. I only have one that is level 30. I am not a terrible player. I have the highest cs most every game, when I have one of the main lanning roles, and teamfight pretty well, When playing this account I just become trash. I have beaten many gold's and plat's on an account that isnt even level 25..... why am I suddenly trash on my main account... any suggestions?

Maybe you play different champs? Also, if you get used to low level people, you'll start playing more on their level and you'll get beat by people who consistently try to play with people at the same or higher level.

level 30 accounts tend to attract other level 30 'cap' accounts which include those who likely dunked so much RP into their account they have 10 kinds of rune pages for all sorts of maximizing champion potentials, plus various other things?

But seriously, some of the 'high top listed' champions builds i've seen, tend to pull off-standard rune page builds like scaling health or side build one set of runes partially CD/scaling CD. I remember that a while back, people would skip building MR in favor of scaling Health, sometimes even skipping armor in favor of building scaling health because the benefit of that extra hp padding ended up being stronger then taking a little less early % damage. Likely to do with the more you stack armor or MR, the less 'reduction' you get out of it, while a number of champions (Several mages especially) could benefit from a scaling up to 10% CDR which lets them have to build less items toward 40% CDR and utterly snowball a lane a bit sooner with lieky already 3 to 5% of the CDR in effect, giving them a extra small clip window to gain an advantage in terms of ability cycling against enemies who havent gotten around to building CDR yet.
