I didn't like the 2 choices, but I picked no because I played against this situation before and lost specifically because I had, like you said, a very bad jungler. The reason I don't think this is a threat to the game, is due to the fact that you said "if we don't have a good jungle." You will lose the game regardless if you dont have a good jungler. It sounds stupid, but if you think about it, how many times do you lose a game specifically due to one lane losing. Its not fun to play against but if your jungle is decent its not game destroying.

I am a support player. Yes . I can drive the rhythm. But I need the support of the team. I can't do anything by myself. I mean if our jungle is weak (lack of offensiveness) we have a hard time winning.

Both are very easy to punish, however.

Kog and Twitch are ass-tier early game. All your mid and jg need to do is just invade and camp the shit out of them in their own jg, because they can't do a thing against it. And keep in mind Twitch jg only ever works if he gets that level 2 cheese kill. It's the ultimate feast or famine - you get the kill and basically dominate the game, or you never be relevant.

Also, it can be punished by any mage that can shove the wave relatively hard, because they lose turret too quickly while clearing camps.
