should roit be able to lower players at low elos(brnz slvr)

Throughout my play time on league of legends I have experienced a distinct lack of fairness towards the people in lower elo (bronze and silver), but what has recently been the next arrow to the knee, has been the recent placements that caused people in silver who should've stayed stationary in; for example me: in silver 4 last season now bronze 1 after weeks of climbing and countless lost silver promos, ended up falling back to bronze: being forced to do the second most difficult promotional in all of league ranked, all we request is for a more fair placement or a cancellation of this year's preliminaries for players that fell rediculous amounts like 4 or more ranks from teammates who were unable to play at the level required to win personally I had stayed off that side of things but recently my play ability has begun to decay and I'm reverting to how I had played once on my other account opsi formerly Bwow123 because I've been forced to be around those with such terrible habbits and their begging to rub off on my play, please riot fix this, I'm not a bronze player and have spent lots of money on boosts to get this account to level 30 so I knew I could play at a higher mmr and improve, because u may think corralling all the bronzes together will help them improve, trust me from experience they won't unless exposed in game to those who are better and are able to review their games to see what mistakes they made or things they could've changed to improve future play. Another travisty ALL players are forced to deal with is the new mmr system that seems to prioritize farm ability over the ability to trade, skirmish, and teamfight, now granted yes , farming is an important part of laning that the fuel to let your team become able to teamfight instead of just being able to have farm, because what is the point of farming to finish items when this person who overprioritized farm cannot do anything to help their team, please riot again do somthing to fix this.
