White Smite (Poacher's Knife) Rework

Ok, let's face the facts, white smite is useless to almost everyone. If u use white smite in ranked u would get flamed for being a noob and that is just not appreciated, so Riot pls make a rework. Here is a suggestion to make this smite actually be useful.

So instead of having the item do whatever it does, u could change this item from a counterjungling item to a gap-closing item that helps junglers who lack a gap closer, such as Skarner.

A new definition can be like this: You can smite enemy champions and mark them for 10 seconds. For 4 seconds, you gain 65% increased movement speed while running toward the marked champion. If the marked champion is killed during the 10 seconds it is marked, you gain an extra 100 gold if u get a kill or assist.

This is only a suggestion for the white smite and this would help a lot of junglers without a gap-closer. I hope you enjoy the suggestion and have a wonderful day!! :D
