To be honest many people like me or Siv HD, are stalling for the LeBlanc revert. It was meant to be released live with the One For All gamemode but it is not. Where is it? I would really appreciate it if someone told me :D

IP Masquerena1 votesZed is saying "hi" from the shadows, as unless he's fed, he can't insta burst you, and unlike LeBlanc's delay on damage, he has 2 delays for his ult, 1 that's on cast, 2nd that's after cast until it triggers, giving a lot of champions, and people who actually care to counter, a lot of time to do so.
Fizz also has delay on ult, and again, unless fed or against a bad player, the delay can make the kill "go away".
So again, how is her having a delay any different? Simply because "pressing 2 buttons is too hard" and having a delay is "OMFGBBQ RITO RUINED MY INSTAGIB"
The only reason people cry about the delay is because they can't instagib as they used to. Simple as that.
They ignore everything she has now, even the much higher skill cap and all the outplays she can do just because she can't instagib.
The old LB has 1 deceiving aspect to her, which was "will I get instagibbed now, or in the next 5 seconds?"

FkRiittoo1 votesI think its stupid they are switching back to the old lb, loved this new one, so much out play potential, and she can one shot champs so easily still, 1.5 seconds is a joke, by the time your e double procs and u double q them any adc is pretty well dead
