Small minimap icons after update

My minimap is at 100% scaling and the icons are tiny, i'm not using 4k resolution either (I'm using 1280x800 iirc) how do I get them to be bigger? (I mean they are seriously tiny, the icon for baron is practically about the size of a sea salt flake like the ones from maldon). A rioter answer would be helpful to clear any confusion.
