Please help me guys

I am really upset and pissed off. I got my account banned today because people literally trolled me and framed me. Riot says not to respond but i'm responding to the enemy team because I don't want to get banned because they don't see them being toxic to me, so what am i supposed to do. There was some things i shouldn't have said a few times(I never said any bad words), but everyone in league says stuff back in a banter way. The last game I played before i was permanently banned my mid laner called me multiple bad names and said that i am messed up in the head and that I watch my wife get F'd by another man. The things that i said that the bot says is "toxic" weren't even that bad not to mention my dad died yesterday night and I sort of fell into a depression and didn't mean any of the things i said. This is the only game that i play and this is all i have left. I hope riot could understand me for once and please give me a second chance. Idek why i'm asking because I didn't even do anything wrong. I was abused and called names and I still played my hardest every game while my team trolls and ints them to make me ff. Somehow I get the backlash.
