hello guys im a beta player and i would like to say my opinion about 2nd chances in perma ban " maybe this year maybe in 2 years i hope riot will do it 1 day " 1st of all when a player gets banned league of legends wont lose a flamer they will just lose this account and just play from another if he is high elo for example hayate kirino : diamond greek streamer " shacole,tyler1"master streamers" who are rich already with 100$ that they earn from 1 donation they can buy a full champs acc or acc with their main champs and instead of flaming in diamond they will just dominating in bronze/silver so which is worse ? the player who will play lol 5 hours the day will play lol 5 hours the day 2nd : they get more mad and they buy accs with 5/10$ when they make thousands and flaming aswell making game unpleasand for every1 3rd : most of these players got " reformed " at least they are not inting/flaming as they were before i believe they should get their accs back after all these years BUT i think they must do it 2 get punished as 1 of the 2 ways i thinked : option 1 : they will create a lvl 1 acc with the old acc name but riot will add the ™ or something and when it get lvl 30 and kinda 20/30 champs riot will deside this acc will get banned and the old acc will come back " for example " tyler1™ will get banned " the lvl 30 acc " and tyler1 main master acc will return " 2nd: riot will unban the accs but if they flame again they will get perma banned again i know some players like 70% will get perma banned again but this 30% deserve a 2nd chance lot of players didnt knew they will get perma since the 14 days acc with perma can get u banned even if u were banned season 5 or they just didnt knew u can get perma banned in league of legends " i believe that if they unban it players will have 2 get a whole season or 100/200/300 games " riot deside " full honors with out even a single report 2 get again full ban resets also riot could give a warning a game before perma ... i mean if a player stays in base lvl 1 and only moving so he wont get alerted from leavebuster he wont get banned ... also acc sharing bans should get back again because lot of players got scammed by their friends spesially at school when they say " hey i play league of legends its a fantastic game and bla bla bla then his friend tells him 2 create an acc for him and when he does he mark the acc details 2 scam his own friend " or situations where some 1 at net caffe saw a kids acc name and scammed him aswell and lot other reasons : about scripting accs i think they should get a whole season rank ban and when they play normalls and after 1 year rank if they get banned in 1 game and get proved that they scripted they should get banned again 4 ever sry for my bad english if u disagree tell it 2 me below just dont be toxic pls when some 1 scripted in his acc probably he is scripting on smurf accs so riot isnt earning anything for banning him i think he deserve only 1 last game chance i mean just give it if he scripts again perma him also i wanna make a question : at my turkey acc i had honorable opponent emblem then i lost it then i took the blue or green 1 i think blue i dont rly remember :( and then with new honor system i lost it ... i lost it because i wasnt taking honors now or new system removed it ? and last riot i think u have no respect for beta players players who have full champs and they dont need the ip that gave for runes SHOULD get rp isntead of ip also refund rune pages if i ahve 20 in my acc if i have 2 wont change something since in champs select u can change them aswell also why u putted arurf i mean its a fun mode all champs are rly strong even soraka is a godamn beast why dont u let players pick what they want and why assencion is happening in league of legends so many times instead of urf and doom bots which all players love :(
