Multiple disconnects from PvP server?

Am I the only one experiencing this today? I keep getting the red "!" and the disconnect from PvP.net.

It comes and goes multiple times, and disconnected me from a champ select as well. I've already restarted client, PC, and internet source. Wanted to see if it was me or others experiencing it as well. [zombie-brand-mindblown]
