2019 Year in Review and preseason feel

When does the year in review stats come out? I always look forward to it and I thought it was right as the season ended but I must have remembered incorrectly. On another topic it feels really weird like we arent in preseason cause the ranks didn't reset and you aren't going through preseason provisionals.

I think it comes out at the start of 2020. I found a forum post from January of 2019 saying last year's were available.

No idea if this is the usual time it comes out, but if it's like last year's it'll probably be in early 2020.
