Buff Garen

Garen get outrade by every toplaner in the game, he deserve some change, he supposed to be a juggernaut a class who can deal a ton amount of damage with a natural tankiness.

All Juggernauts in the game has heal/shield to stay in combat meanwhile Garen got nothing (and for people who think his damage reduction is broken must I remind you champion like Warwick, Galio, Irelia etc. have MORE reduction damage than Garen for ALL the duration of their spell Garen only got his 60% reduction for 0.75 sec after that it's 30% and it's nothing to survive).

All Garen main max Q since the juggernaut rework (who killed him litterally) because we can't play arround his E anymore stay 3 second in combat for Garen it's suicidal for deal nothing because all the heal and shield present in the game can nullified Judgement's damage.
