As the Title states , players need to be mindful that they are bashing on a player who is playing the role that no one ever really wants to be. Instead of bashing and being negative towards them be mindful that they are the ones who are doing the most warding they are the ones who are trying their best to help the team get a lead don't get me wrong not saying that other roles aren't equally important but just as soon as a support dies its all out bashing from the get go even if the support tries to drop that crucial ward also, just on another note players should really learn to upgrade their trinkets they are there for a reason please upgrade them. I thought 2016 was a year of equality? How about you just don't be a dick to people in general, I think that will cover it.

But don't be surprised that 9/10 supports are bad as fk at the role because nobody wants to play it, and then rage at them over it. First off, it's not like they care. I mean, this isn't their role, this isn't their champion, and they will straight up admit they don't know wtf they're doing, so telling them they're a shit support is pretty pointless, because all you're gonna get back is a "yep, sure wish I was playing mid".

Which ultimately says a lot about how imbalanced the roles are. If a solo laner or mid laners is terrible, and your team isn't absurdly good in the other roles, then there's almost a guaranteed chance of you losing the game. If your support is terrible, then it sorta doesn't matter as they give up less gold per death than other players anyways and barring things like brand/zyra will rarely ever contribute a significant portion of DPS.

With the way things are now, I can see the support role going in one of 2 ways. People will either:

a) use hyper offensive supports like 99% of the time just to feel like they're making a significant impact in a game, putting things like braum/alistar in the same category as urgot/galio.

b) start using supports as a means to push their jg ahead, with both taking smite and the jg last-hitting all the camps turning'm into essentially a "juggernaut" with higher levels and more items than solo laners

Being considerate of supports is nice and all, but until rito actively fixes/changes the roles so that they aren't unpaid babysitters then people will continue to treat them poorly which in turn will just cause less and less people to play it.

Can you imagine if they just changed league to be a 4vs4 game? Just remove that support role entirely.

There would be zero wards in majority of games. ADCs would have no one to blame for them dying. It would be chaos.

Most supports are underskilled or entitled. And they use the free time they shouldn't have to type criticism and unsolicited advice to other people on the team. That's my cumulative experience with supports. Not saying that other roles are better but...
