Help with revert

Hello, back in the day I altered a file in order to bind left click to attack move, as many people were doing. Now that it is actually an option in the game, I would like to revert the changes I made, as left clicking with the modified file causes issues occasionally when trying to target, or select, etc. Does anybody know how I could do this, or do I just delete and reinstall league?
