Anti-Toxic chat button.

Hi Summoners.

I have come with great idea how to improve league of legends the Anti-Toxic button.

Feeling toxic? and you want to start a game or you wanna be sure that you arent gone to flip-out? Press on the button and u get a several amount of Messages you can use. Like chat restriction.

But in some cases in the game u need to use the chat for important problems like the other player needs to get advice for something thats critical on this moment in the game. Than you can easy Click the emergency button and u will get the opportunity to safe the game. Ofcourse you cant use it all the time. So use that button for important things if your an smart gamer! :)

Hope riot does something with this and reduced the number of bans etc.
