Updated Ornn Enhancements

Having just played some ARAM's recently with an ORNN on the team, I was looking at all his enhancements for my marksmen, and I realized there wasn't anything of interest for the current build path I was choosing. So that got me thinking...

So with all the recent changes to Marksmen (and crit)... its not "must go crit" 100% of the time... are there any plans in the making for possibly an Ornn Enhanced BloodThrister or BOTRK?

Maybe a BloodThirster with more damage and 5 % more lifesteal ? BOTRK with 15% lifesteal and on hit of 12% ?
