i have friend from Ocean sever and i want to transfer my account go over there but i have some questions need to ask before i transfer . so if i transfer ocean sever and sometime i want to buy RP can i still use League of Legend Card ? ( i live in California ) . and when i transfer go there . i still can go back North American or not ? . my honor now level 3 ,when i transfer there still level 3 or drop level 0 ? and the last questions is my Arcade 2019 Tokens and pretige poitn still go new sever or i lost all ? sorry if my english bad . thanks so much for help me anwser

If you transfer your account, everything will be there. If you use a credit card, (the thing you called LoL card) It'll work, I think. Go to Riot Player Support if you need more help, because I'm just a 4th-class polish player, but I do try to help.
