Rengar in Free Champion Rotation for week of 12/14-12/21

I really want to play Rengar and can never reach 6300 ip for him. I get impatient for saving my ip for a highly expensive champ, and i think it would be a lot of fun if other people could also play him, because its been a REALLY long time since Rengar has been in one of the free rotations. The last time i played rengar in the free rotation was in AUGUST. YEP. THAT LONG AGO. Please Riot. Just this following week. Thank you.
