help me i need to understand what im doing wrong

i need help look im just a gold player but recently in every game i play recently ive been getting camped and when you say well it cant be that bad no why else would i post it on the boards i just got demoted to gold five because my last game and it drew the line and made me come to these boards i was playing syndra and just as i and fizz lvled to level to i got ganked by shaco but not just ganked it was under my tower and i got a gill but they killed me ok thats fine i got back to lane under my tower camille ganks from top lane i was like lvl 3 and i die bcause they swap aggro then shaco dove me again i was forced to wait under tier 2 because i had 3 people in my lane at once i ask my team for help nobody come but all i see in chat is "quite bitching" i honestly dont know should i have sat under inhib tower at lvl 5 or what like and its not just this game its like the past 5 games im just farming and playing passive not over extending i just dont know what im suppose to do at that point
