Want to play Flex with friends, but too high Rank.

Yo, I am too high rank to play Flex with some of my friends. I want to derank one of my alt accounts, but I don't want to ruin games for other people. I use these types of games to practice off rolls / champions, instead of taking them into high rank. Both my alt accounts have gotten too high, from only playing Flex with friends.
