What was the teemo bug that made him get disabled?

Basically, auto attacking (or getting hit) did not reset the stealth timer on his passive, he kept going invisible, and this resulted in having a mini khazi'x ult and unlimited attack speed in a brush xD>

Teemo has a bug with him where he can abuse his passive by standing in a brush and auto-attacking the enemy. This gives him an attack speed boost constantly.

I think teemo does need some sort of buff especially with revolver getting nerfed next patch he's going to have an even tougher time since it's rushed by most teemos for early burst.
