Make Talon great again!

As a used to be Talon main, Talon feels insanely week with his current kit compared to his old kit and would really love to see him be an assassin again instead of a ballerina with a useless e that can only be used on the same object once every 90+ seconds, which makes it so he is forced to use his ult more as a gap closer than damage like how you used to play him. As Talon is now 1v2 is almost impossible unless you are ahead or if they just stand their and let you do damage where as the old Talon kit let you play your role as an assassin and stand a chance against a slightly ahead adc.
