Im just fckin npissed that league allow stupid and noobs to play rank..im a veteran rank player but i ncant progresss bcuz ocf ppolke inexperence and feeding in rank ,,,, lol need to do sumthing...i HATE THIS FCKIN GAME

Why shouldn't bad players be allowed to play ranked games? They absolutely should be allowed to, because then they get placed at a low rank.

Here's a scenario for you: Every player worse than you at League of Legends is now unable to play Ranked. Know what that means? You are now the very worst ranked player in the world.

Wow, if you're this angry after you've had a moment to gather yourself after a game, I'd hate to hear how toxic you are in game. :p Granted, losing most of your last 20 games or so does suck. Why don't you take a few days or play some ARAM. That's what I do when ranked gets me down. :)
