I've been trying out other Fighter champions, such as camille, Ornn, Dr. Mundo and Poppy, and they all have abilities with % health dmg, For ex. Camille's W works very similar to Darius' Q, if it hits against the blade, it deals more dmg, except camille does % health dmg, so what if Darius' Q did % health dmg?
Chembaron Yamada4 votesDarius is oppressive enough as he is, especially against tanks. With the combination of Black Cleaver, his armor shred and his true damage, I don't think he needs another tank busting tool.

Pika Fox1 votesWouldnt fit into his thematic. He gets %HP healing because he wants to stay in combat til 5 stacks. Giving Q %HP damage would make him able to do short trades, which is supposed to be what hes bad at.
