Change to Champion masteries

Hey, What do you guys think about the idea of being able to remove champion mastery or adding from one to another? Well here is my idea on it.

Every game you get increased CM on your character and the higher lvl your mastery gets, the more stuff you get.. When you get to level 4 or 5 you get an ingame icon and a loading screen icon. After level 5 there is not much you get besides more points. Now, some people do acctualy play a whole lot of different lanes and champions.. but what if they dont wanna play that champion anymore and have like 70K points on them, what are they gonna do then? for example.. i have with 90K pionts on.. i barelly play her anymore.. i wish i could move her mastery points into one of the characters i play normaly. What is your opinion on this?
