Ranked and LP - WTF Riot

For the past couple of days I have been in sort of a back and forth battle with Gold 5, I am currently sitting at 31 lp, and it has been a shit show with my mmr. For some reason currently I lose more mmr and lp than I can even closely gain. If I win one game I gain 16 lp and my mmr goes up by 10-20, but when I lose i lose about 30 or so mmr and 21 lp. AND I'VE BEEN WINNING THE MAJORITY OF MY GAMES TOO // I had a serious 6 game win streak and got a smothering 69 lp for it... normaly with that I would have gotten into Gold 4 and then some... wtf is happening to my mmr and is it happening to others as well?

Looking at your MMR on op.gg, it says you are @ a silver 3 level, yet ranked G5. My suggestion to you, is to keep giving it your best shot, its going to take a MAJOR win streak to catch up your MMR. And by major, i mean you need to win about 12-15 straight. It's not as hard as you may think though. GL man.

Although at 0 LP it might be safer to just end your ranked play.

why though? I am still able to win games and with enough time I could get my mmr back up, it just makes no sense how little my mmr goes up, also there is still half a year left...

So do what you want, my advice is highly conservative because I don't have everyday to play serious games. I would much rather maintain gold than risk dropping. At ~Silver4 MMR you can drop at 0LP. So you are close. You will start with like a promo freebie and high LP, so you can get back. But it isn't worth the stress to me.
