Terms Of Service don't protect everyone

I have read the LOL terms of service around 14 times and have found a mistake that actually doesn't guarantee discriminatory protection for paticular groups of people. Is there anyone I can contact to show what I've discovered?

LoL curtails speech too much already. People saying mean things online don't actually have an influence on your life unless you let them. There is nothing to protect here.
