In most of my normal games lately I've been placed against more plats and diamonds then any other elo. Which would be fine if i was at that level of play. I'm silver 3 and cant see my normal MMR being much higher then that as i get smashed almost every game I am playing right now. Just want to see if there are any other people experiencing this. Because its honestly getting to the point where i do not find normal games fun anymore.
Sukishoo2 votesIt's usually because the higher elo players don't have that high of MMR when it comes to normals as they rarely play them, so they will be matched up with and against people much much lower then they are. I rarely see them myself having played well over 5000 normals. So the more you play the less you'll probably see.
DontIntMePLS1 votesIt's just odd, as it's only been happening recently and i'm usually one of the only lower elo players on the team. Just odd tbh. Likely just going to play ranked where i know I'm in the right skill bracket.
FortisDominus1 votesI do not see silver players very often (maybe 1 ever week or so) and I have never seen a bronze player in a very long time. If it were not for the boards I would not even believe there were many bronze players xD

Trust me, they exist. The tales you hear about these mythical creatures are putting it nicely normally. Sometimes i am one of them in normals, you may never know lol

Also it doesnt have much to do with how many games and wins or losses, im at a little less than 3500 or so games with over 1700 wins in normals alone, i have found that as a silver 1 in ranked, i am vs 2 plats plus or minus a diamond in about every other game.
My losses is around 1500? Or so, idk what that means my normal mmr is but it cant be so good that my team is almost always low gold to bronze, vs 2 plats and plus or minus a diamond. Ive found normal matchmaking highly...... Irregular......
