MR Itemization - Old Banshee's Veil (HP Ver.) replacement

Could we please get a Magic Resistance item that grants HP and MR but without CDR?

Ever since the old Banshee's Veil was changed to grant AP instead of HP, there is no other MR item left to get when all you want is mainly MR and HP.

Especially with tanky builds that already inculde 40%/45% CDR (as with V6.9 also grants CDR...) this is a pain, unless you substitute one of your other CDR items with either / / or get them on top of your max CDR making the extra 10% CDR utterly useless and a waste of gold.

& would have been good canidates to serve as a Banshee's Veil (old HP version) replacement, but as they grant CDR, it's not really working out so well.

So please, work on a new MR&HP item** without **CDR to serve as a sort of proper old Banshee's Veil replacement.
