Any hints on getting out of bronze 5

Hi guys, had a horrible placement season this time around with a fair few dc's and some toxic feeders. I'm by no means an exceptional player but I'm better than currently been stuck in bronze 5. I focus on limiting my deaths to a minimum and playing the map and objectives as I see in Lcs but in this division many people take fights they won't win, just go all mid and ignore dragons etc. any tips on how I can carry even when I have people for example in one of my more recent games top was 2/10, jungle 2/12 and supp was 1/9. I was adc at 2/2 trying to farm to get some power spikes but I had a mindless Yi jungle who would come to my lane when I had a deep freeze and shove it out -.- I guess my question is can I really carry these people or do I just have to suck it up till I get a good team?

play at either way early in the morning or way late. you'll get more dedicated players instead of kids or people with bad internet. my best winrates were at 2-6 am. now that's for just trying to have a 5v5 game, to actually win the match you need to master a champion you can consistently carry with don't go with counters or teamcomps or anything like that in bronze you need to win your lane, get ahead, then pressure other lanes. Jinx, ez, graves are solid adc's. Any mobile assassin mid will help you win or pressure, any mobile jungle with sustain can help you win, and any tanky high cc support or poke support can help you win lane. also you may just have to play more games, learn the new meta, effective warding and objective control, and just getting better at the game. shitty thing is that you're gonna play with alot of trolls and baddies and ranked is pretty frustrating in general since it's based on ladders and not on you're mmr. I get placed against high gold champs in normals and people without rune pages in ranked.

The only reason why ranked even means anything is to get those nice end of season reward skins but fck riot for not fixing their shitty matchmaking system and not wanting to make money off good skins. seriously i can get matched up with some good people one match, then have to go against them a 2nd match and get afks and disconnects.

everyone near or around bronze got dropped pretty hard in elo this season. Heck I finished Silver 4 last season and was placed in bronze 5 after a 6-4 provisional. I climbed out from bronze 5 last season. My best advice for getting out of bronze is to find a solid duo partner. it is always good to have at least one person on your team that you can trust that wont troll, afk, or rage. Lets face it most people in bronze are used to losing in the game, but they are spoiled little punks in real life. Everyone gets a trophy right? The way they cope with being awful is flaming and blaming (cause it can never be their fault)

Another strategy is increasing your champion pool and being adept at every position. I hear lots of players saying they don't know how to adc or support etc. These are crucial roles in the game and if you arent good at them then you dont know full why they are important. You don't know how many times ive had a top laner yell at me for "ks'ing" and im an adc! Anyway know the game and find a good duo partner is my advice.

  1. Stop feeding
  2. Watch the map (ward)
  3. Secure objectives

destroy the enemy Nexus

Anything that doesn't help reach that goal is pointless.

Make sure you're buying boots please. The bronze players I have seen, do not like boots for some reason. Have rank 1 boots by 20 mins. And rank 2 boots usually after 1-2 complete items.
