Add Skin Boosts to Summoners Rift

The skin boosts that are given in ARAM are good for a ton of reasons. They bring about good team chemistry in the picking stage before the game even starts, and they give the player a chance to check out skins they've never seen or wanted to see; not to mention the IP boost that comes with it...However, to me ARAM gets boring after a while, but I can't help but love the skins i'm getting to see in ARAM as well as getting a good IP boost just from a friendly teammate. Can we get this added to normal queue as well?? Benefits the player for all these reasons, as well as RIOT because it costs RP to give these boosts, and it will definitely cause more people to buy skins.

I definitely support this. It seems easy to implement (in theory), and does not seem like it would have any negative impact on the matches. I've played enough ARAM that I've gotten to enjoy a number of skin boosts. They're cheap and fun. I've found myself trying to give my team a skin boost when I've played summoner's rift a number of times only to remember that it doesn't have that availability. It would be nice because, even though the skins acquired are random, you are choosing the champion you want to play. Getting a skin for a chosen champion rather than a random one makes a huge difference. I also like the small IP bonus you get from using one. It makes the skin boosts feel less like a throwaway gimmick when there is some persistent value to using them. You'll only get the skin for 1 game, but you still get the IP, and that at least has an impact on your progression.
