I gave examples of champion's core strengths and main points, and stated that you aren't going to do <said action> when <said ability> is up or active.

Treat Quinn the same way as you would any of those champions.

Also, she does not need a nerf, nor is she too strong. She is strong when she has the advantage, but that is the same with any champion
