New Queue needs another pick option

I think the new draft queue should have an option to pick only one role. I currently want to train mid and just never get it from the matchmaking, which forces me to break the system and try to get the role from other players.

Picking only one role might take longer, but it should be possible to trade queue wait time for getting your role guaranteed.
