I was playing a game as jg , but my farm wasn't to great. afterwards I got flamed because even though I did more damage then the enemy vi, I got less CS, and my team told me that I made my team lose more gold because of it. now I know dragon and baron give team gold, but gromp, wolves, etc... doesn't right? are they serious or did they just mean overall team gold like they show at the top of the screen if you watch the game.

They were just flamets finding any excuse to belittle you. Ignore them.
Your new mission as jg is to play not for cs, but for lvl diff with your enemy jungler. Once you get a significant advantage, you can take all his farm for rest of game, very hard for anyone to cone back from that right now. Turn the game into a 4v5.
