Dominion bots?

I haven't played dominion in months, and haven't really been keeping up with all the league updates, or reading boards or anything. But I've played 2 games of dominion just a few minutes ago, and in BOTH games, my team and the enemy team are all bots, with names with 2 random words put together, like bob meal, cop does, coke boys, random names like that, and they all had barrier/heal in both games, and no match history. I thought at first that maybe i accidently started a bot game somehow but it was a normal dominion. Is this a known issue? It is even possible to play a dominion with at least one actual human anymore?
