With the new Annie update i read that you want it make it clearer for people to see when her stun is coming up and not have to click on her and check her buff bar. I was thinking maybe put a bar above her head simmilar to Jhin. First 3 yellow ticks are stacking and then the 4th is red showing that her stun is up. Of course it could use a bit of tweaking but i think it would work great.

While I understand it, that would make it incredibly easy to out play her "Oh annie has 3 charges, time to walk away" where as before Annie had atleast a little wiggle room. They just need to make the visibility of the swirls around her slightly easier to see.
