Call me crazy but i don't think that this is exactly the buff Ekko needs. The Buff to his e is great and that passive will help jungle all day, but i think to make Ekko really shine you need to look at his w, i would say the q also but it seems riot wants him in the jungle, i'm OK with that. Take that 3 sec on that little bubble slow stun of a w and drop it to 2.5 and Ekko is a lot more viable.

InHaruhiWeTrust1 votesno clue why they are buffing him at all. if they wanted to tweak his kits power to make him better mid but worse jg then i would understand, but right now ekko is by no means weak. his jg winrate is at a strong 51.23% he just isn't picked that much. i don't think anyone will ever understand riots balance team. buffing already strong champs while letting OPs like 
go multiple patches without nerfs and others in the dumbster like
